Account & Registration

You must be at least 21 years old to register and play at jiliap. This is a strict requirement under Philippine gaming regulations enforced by PAGCOR (Philippine Amusement and Gaming Corporation). We verify every player's age during the KYC (Know Your Customer) process. Any account found to belong to a person under 21 will be permanently closed and any funds returned. No. jiliap strictly enforces a one account per player policy. Each player may only maintain one active account on the Platform. Creating duplicate accounts is a violation of our Terms & Conditions and may result in the permanent suspension of all associated accounts and the forfeiture of any balances. If you have forgotten your password, click the Forgot Password link on the jiliap Login page. Enter the email address associated with your account and we will send you a password reset link. The link is valid for 30 minutes. If you do not receive the email within a few minutes, please check your spam or junk folder. KYC (Know Your Customer) verification is required before you can make your first withdrawal. To complete verification, log in to your jiliap account and go to Account Settings → Verify Identity. You will need to upload:
- A clear photo or scan of a valid Philippine government-issued ID (front and back)
- A selfie holding your ID next to your face
- Proof of address (e.g., a recent utility bill or bank statement showing your name and address)
Deposits & Payments
jiliap supports a wide range of Philippine payment methods to make depositing as convenient as possible for our players. Accepted methods include:

The minimum deposit at jiliap is ₱100 PHP for GCash and PayMaya. For bank transfers via BPI, BDO, or Metrobank, the minimum deposit is ₱500 PHP. There is no maximum deposit limit, though very large deposits may require additional verification for security purposes. Deposits

GCash and PayMaya deposits are processed instantly — your balance updates in real time as soon as the transaction is confirmed. Online bank transfers (BPI, BDO, Metrobank) typically reflect within 5–30 minutes during banking hours. Over-the-counter deposits may take up to 2 hours to process. If your deposit has not reflected after the expected timeframe, please contact our support team with your transaction reference number.
jiliap does not charge any fees on deposits. However, your payment provider (e.g., your bank or GCash) may apply their own transaction fees. We recommend checking with your payment provider before making a deposit. Any fees charged by third-party payment processors are outside jiliap's control and are the responsibility of the player.
Withdrawals
To withdraw, log in to your jiliap account and go to Wallet → Withdraw. Select your preferred withdrawal method (GCash, PayMaya, or bank transfer), enter the amount you wish to withdraw, and confirm the request. Make sure your account is fully KYC-verified before submitting a withdrawal — unverified accounts cannot process withdrawals. Withdrawals can only be sent to payment accounts registered in your own name.
Processing times vary by method:
- GCash / PayMaya: 1–3 hours (most are processed within the hour)
- BPI / BDO / Metrobank: 1–3 business days
- UnionBank: Same day to next business day
The minimum withdrawal amount at jiliap is ₱200 PHP for GCash and PayMaya, and ₱500 PHP for bank transfers. There is no maximum withdrawal limit for verified accounts, though very large withdrawals may be processed in batches and may require additional security verification.
