KYC (Know Your Customer) verification is required before you can make your first withdrawal. To complete verification, log in to your jiliap account and go to Account Settings → Verify Identity. You will need to upload:
  • A clear photo or scan of a valid Philippine government-issued ID (front and back)
  • A selfie holding your ID next to your face
  • Proof of address (e.g., a recent utility bill or bank statement showing your name and address)

Deposits & Payments

jiliap does not charge any fees on deposits. However, your payment provider (e.g., your bank or GCash) may apply their own transaction fees. We recommend checking with your payment provider before making a deposit. Any fees charged by third-party payment processors are outside jiliap's control and are the responsibility of the player.
Withdrawals

To withdraw, log in to your jiliap account and go to Wallet → Withdraw. Select your preferred withdrawal method (GCash, PayMaya, or bank transfer), enter the amount you wish to withdraw, and confirm the request. Make sure your account is fully KYC-verified before submitting a withdrawal — unverified accounts cannot process withdrawals. Withdrawals can only be sent to payment accounts registered in your own name.

Processing times vary by method:

  • BPI / BDO / Metrobank: 1–3 business days
