1. Definitions

In these Terms and Conditions, the following definitions apply:

• "Platform" means the jiliap website, mobile site, and all associated services accessible at jiliap.app.
• "Account" means the registered user account created by a Player on the jiliap Platform.
• "Player" or "User" means any individual who has registered an Account on the jiliap Platform.
• "Wallet" means the PHP-denominated balance held within a Player's jiliap Account.
• "Bonus" means any promotional credit, free spin, cashback, or other incentive offered by jiliap to Players.
• "Wager" means any bet or stake placed by a Player on any game or event available on the jiliap Platform.
• "Prohibited Jurisdiction" means any country or territory from which access to and use of the jiliap Platform is restricted or prohibited by applicable law.

2. Eligibility and Account Registration

2.1 Age Requirement

The jiliap Platform is strictly available to individuals who are 21 years of age or older, in accordance with Philippine gaming regulations and PAGCOR guidelines. By registering an Account, you represent and warrant that you are at least 21 years old. jiliap reserves the right to request proof of age at any time and to suspend or permanently close any Account where the age requirement cannot be verified.

2.2 Jurisdiction

The jiliap Platform is intended for use by residents of the Philippines. It is your sole responsibility to ensure that your use of the jiliap Platform complies with all applicable laws in your jurisdiction. Players accessing the Platform from Prohibited Jurisdictions do so at their own risk and jiliap accepts no liability in such cases.

2.3 One Account Per Person

Each Player is permitted to hold only one (1) registered Account on the jiliap Platform. Creating multiple Accounts — whether under the same name, mobile number, device, IP address, or household — is strictly prohibited and may result in the immediate suspension of all associated Accounts and forfeiture of any balances therein.

2.4 Accurate Information

You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information during the registration process and to update such information promptly if it changes. jiliap reserves the right to verify the information provided and to suspend Accounts where information is found to be false, misleading, or incomplete.

3. Account Security and Responsibility

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your jiliap Account credentials, including your username, password, and any two-factor authentication (2FA) codes. You agree to:

• Choose a strong, unique password for your jiliap Account and not reuse it on other platforms.
• Enable two-factor authentication (2FA) where available to add an additional layer of security.
• Notify jiliap customer support immediately if you suspect unauthorized access to your Account.
• Never share your login credentials with any third party, including family members.
• Log out of your Account after each session, particularly when using shared or public devices.

jiliap shall not be liable for any loss or damage arising from your failure to comply with these security obligations. All activity conducted through your Account — whether authorized by you or not — shall be your responsibility until you notify jiliap of any unauthorized access.

4. Deposits, Withdrawals, and Payment Methods

4.1 Accepted Payment Methods

jiliap accepts deposits and processes withdrawals via the following Philippine payment methods: GCash, PayMaya, BPI (Bank of the Philippine Islands), BDO (Banco de Oro), and Metrobank. All transactions are conducted in Philippine Peso (PHP). jiliap does not accept deposits from third-party accounts — the payment method used for deposits must be registered in your own name.

4.2 Minimum Deposit

The minimum deposit amount on the jiliap Platform is ₱100. Deposits made via GCash and PayMaya are typically credited to your jiliap Wallet instantly. Bank transfer deposits may take up to one (1) business day to reflect, depending on the processing times of the respective bank.

4.3 Withdrawals

Withdrawal requests are processed by jiliap within the timeframes specified on the Platform at the time of the request. GCash withdrawals are typically completed within fifteen (15) minutes. Bank transfers may take one (1) to three (3) business days. jiliap reserves the right to conduct identity verification checks before processing any withdrawal. Minimum withdrawal amounts and any applicable processing fees are displayed on the Platform.

4.4 Currency

All transactions on the jiliap Platform are conducted in Philippine Peso (PHP). No currency conversion is applied to your Wallet balance. The amounts you deposit are the amounts credited to your Account.

5. Bonuses and Promotions

jiliap offers various bonuses and promotional offers to Players from time to time, including welcome bonuses, reload bonuses, free spins, and cashback offers. The following general terms apply to all bonuses unless otherwise specified in the individual promotion's terms:

• Bonuses are subject to wagering requirements before any associated winnings may be withdrawn. The specific wagering requirement for each bonus is stated in the promotion's terms.
• Bonuses are non-transferable and may not be exchanged for cash unless the applicable wagering requirements have been met.
• jiliap reserves the right to modify, suspend, or withdraw any bonus or promotion at any time without prior notice.
• Players who are found to be abusing bonus offers — including through the use of multiple Accounts, coordinated betting patterns, or other fraudulent means — will have their bonuses forfeited and their Accounts suspended.
• Only one bonus may be active at a time unless otherwise stated in the promotion's terms.

6. Gameplay Rules and Fair Use

All games available on the jiliap Platform are governed by the rules of the respective game providers. By participating in any game, you agree to abide by those rules. jiliap uses certified Random Number Generator (RNG) technology for all applicable games to ensure fair and unpredictable outcomes. Live dealer games are conducted by trained dealers in real time and are subject to the rules displayed within each game interface.

jiliap reserves the right to void any Wager that is placed in error, as a result of a technical malfunction, or in circumstances where the integrity of the game has been compromised. In such cases, the staked amount will be returned to the Player's Wallet.

7. Prohibited Activities

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the jiliap Platform and may result in immediate Account suspension, forfeiture of balances, and referral to relevant authorities:

• Using automated software, bots, scripts, or any other artificial means to interact with the Platform or place Wagers.
• Engaging in any form of collusion, match-fixing, or coordinated betting with other Players.
• Attempting to exploit software bugs, glitches, or errors in the Platform for financial gain.
• Using the Platform for any money laundering, fraud, or other illegal financial activity.
• Providing false identity information or impersonating another person.
• Accessing the Platform from a Prohibited Jurisdiction using a VPN or other circumvention technology.
• Engaging in any activity that disrupts, damages, or impairs the normal operation of the jiliap Platform.

8. Responsible Gaming and Self-Exclusion

jiliap is committed to promoting responsible gaming among all Players. We provide the following tools to help you manage your gaming activity:

• Deposit Limits: Set daily, weekly, or monthly deposit limits on your Account to control your spending.
• Session Time Reminders: Configure reminders to alert you when you have been playing for a specified period.
• Self-Exclusion: Request a temporary or permanent self-exclusion from the jiliap Platform at any time by contacting customer support. During a self-exclusion period, your Account will be suspended and you will not be able to access the Platform.
• Reality Checks: Enable periodic pop-up notifications showing your session duration and net gaming activity.

9. Intellectual Property

All content on the jiliap Platform — including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, game interfaces, software, and trademarks — is the property of jiliap or its licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to access and use the Platform for personal, non-commercial purposes only. You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, or create derivative works from any content on the Platform without the prior written consent of jiliap.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, jiliap shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or in connection with your use of the Platform, including but not limited to loss of profits, loss of data, or loss of goodwill. jiliap's total liability to you for any claim arising out of or relating to these Terms or your use of the Platform shall not exceed the total amount deposited by you into your jiliap Account in the thirty (30) days preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

The jiliap Platform is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. While we make every effort to ensure uninterrupted access, jiliap does not warrant that the Platform will be free from errors, interruptions, or technical faults. Scheduled maintenance windows will be communicated to Players in advance where reasonably practicable.

11. Privacy and Data Protection

jiliap collects, processes, and stores your personal data in accordance with our Privacy Policy, which forms an integral part of these Terms and Conditions. By registering an Account, you consent to the collection and processing of your personal data as described in the Privacy Policy. jiliap implements industry-standard security measures — including 256-bit SSL encryption — to protect your personal and financial information at all times.

12. Amendments to These Terms

jiliap reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms and Conditions at any time. Where changes are material, jiliap will notify registered Players via email or an in-platform notification at least seven (7) days before the changes take effect. Your continued use of the jiliap Platform after the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. It is your responsibility to review these Terms periodically to stay informed of any updates.

13. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution

These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines. Any dispute, controversy, or claim arising out of or relating to these Terms, or the breach, termination, or invalidity thereof, shall first be submitted to jiliap's customer support team for resolution. If the dispute cannot be resolved informally within thirty (30) days, it shall be referred to the appropriate regulatory authority or submitted to the courts of competent jurisdiction in the Philippines.

jiliap operates within the regulatory framework established by PAGCOR (Philippine Amusement and Gaming Corporation). Players who believe their dispute has not been adequately addressed may escalate the matter to the relevant regulatory body in accordance with applicable Philippine gaming regulations.
